OUR AWARD WINNING TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT
Over the last few years, we have dominated the renowned Motor Transport Awards. 2019 saw us take home the Operational Excellence Award whilst in 2020, we won the Business Excellence award, beating off competition from the likes of Hermes and Parcel Force.
With 7 transport depots strategically positioned across the UK, we’re able to deliver our kitchens in full and on time 99.5% of the time.
Since 2018 Wren has also saved over £1.6 million in fuel and reduced road miles by 33% thanks to the replacement of greener vans with triple-trunked lorries.
The best pay
Our Drivers earn between £12.50 to £13.50 an hour, with a guaranteed 48 hours pay each week. And with a quarterly bonus incentive scheme on top, our pay really is the best!
Industry leading training
At Wren, we believe in developing our employees, which is why we invest in internal training. Each depot has their own training team who focus on helping every employee maximise their full potential.
State-of-the-art trucks
Our fleet is full of state-of-the-art trucks which are packed full of innovative safety features, including 360 degree camera technology, proximity sensors and side guard extensions – as well as the ability to support the environment by reducing fuel emissions and optimising fuel-efficiency.
We’re continually striving to be at the forefront of safe innovations with pedestrians and cyclists in mind, as well as reducing our fuel emissions with the latest technology, all whilst continuing to deliver a world-class service to our customers.

Our depots
We’ve strategically positioned our 7 depots across the UK in Barton-Upon-Humber, Howden, Old Trafford, Cairn Lodge, Tipton, Stansted and Bristol. This allows us to provide our award winning delivery service to every one of our customers.
Investing in our employees
To help our employees commute to and from work and in a bid to reduce our carbon footprint, we’ve recently invested in two brand new Scania coaches to provide transportation between our Head Office and the nearby city of Hull. And they’re even wrapped in Wren Green!
