State-of-the-art Offices
We’ve invested heavily to create a fantastic working environment at The Nest. Our modern, open plan offices enjoy beautiful views of the River Humber and provide all of our employees with the opportunity to fly in their career.
In 2020, we invested £3million in building the UK’s largest IT Centre. With a whopping 28,000 sq.ft of floor space, we have created a huge tech hub, which includes 9 video conferencing suites, a cutting-edge IT monitoring centre, a lecture theatre and 2 dedicated VR studios.
World class facilities
The facilities at our Head Office are one of the reasons our employees love to work at Wren.
Our onsite gym is free for all of our employees to use. Crammed full with the latest equipment, it provides the perfect opportunity to start the day or wind down after work.

People & Performance
HR, Recruitment and Retail Training make up our People & Performance department, driving the business forward by recruiting, onboarding and training all of our new starters
Finance
Our finance team are made up of experienced qualified and part-qualified professionals, and acts as a shared service for both our UK and USA operations
Marketing
The brains behind all things creative is Wren’s dynamic marketing team, who together prominently position the Wren brand in the public eye via online and print marketing materials.
Property
Managing our portfolio of sites and showrooms across the UK, our property team are extremely busy finding new locations which allows us to keep on growing!
Strategy & Innovation
By creating innovate new concepts throughout the business, this department keeps us ahead of the competition, meaning we will be number one for many years to come!
IT
With the largest tech department in the Humber region, our IT department create, develop and maintain all of our internal systems to keep Wren running!
Customer Service
Our Contact Centre provides a fantastic service to all of our customers who have purchased one of our kitchens.
